Replacement of Wiring In Roof

1 Remove the side trim in the luggage compartment on the left- hand side, the trim on the A, B and C pillars, the grab handles, sun visors, front reading-lamp panel and interior rear-view mirror.
If the car is fitted with a sunroof, also remove the moulding round the sunroof aperture.
2 Lower the headlining to expose the wiring.
3 Carefully mark all connectors in the roof before unplugging them from the components.
Components and wiring are fixed to the head-lining.
4 Install the new wiring.
Check the marking, cable codes and color coding of the connectors carefully against the wiring diagrams.


Note: Fix the wiring properly so that no knocking, rattling or other unwanted noise occurs when the car is being driven.


Install the trim in reverse order.
