Fault Diagnosis Chart

Use the fault-diagnosis chart to determine the condition of the battery or find out why it is not performing properly.

If the battery is found to be in good condition, poor performance may be due to an abnormally heavy current drain (if an item of electrical equipment has been left switched on for a lengthy period of time) or to a fault in the car's electrical system or charging system.
