Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

1 Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2 Remove the protective cover round the lock cylinder.
3 Remove the three bolts securing the center console.
4 Turn the ignition key to a straight ahead position and remove the lock cylinder. Use a narrow screwdriver to release the catch, inserting it at an angle to the right in the hole.

Withdraw the lock cylinder straight up.
