Petroleum Products

WARNING:
^ Prolonged and repeated contact with petroleum-based products removes the skin's natural oils which may result in dry and irritated skin.

^ If oil has been swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Contact a physician immediately.

^ Waste oil may contain carcinogens. Use suitable protection and wash contacted areas carefully.


GENERAL SKIN CARE
^ Avoid prolonged and repeated contact with oils, especially waste oil.

^ Use protective clothing and gloves where practical.

^ Do not put oily rags in your pockets.

^ Wash clothing regularly. Do not wear clothing which has been soiled by petroleum products.

^ Do not wear oily shoes.

^ Keep open wounds clean and bandaged.

^ Apply protective creme to exposed skin areas before working with petroleum products and solvents to make it easier to clean up.

^ Wash carefully with soap, water and a nail brush to remove all grease, oil and solvents. Use lanolin-enriched products to restore the skin's natural oil balance.

^ Never use solvents, gasoline, diesel fuel, etc. to clean your skin.

^ If any changes occur in your skin, contact your physician.

^ If possible, clean parts before working on them.

^ Use protective goggles if there is a risk of splashing or debris.
