Diagnosis

The Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) module communicates with the Intellegant Saab Tester (ISAT) scan tool via pin 60. Communication is two-way and consists of both input and output signals.

The ISAT scan tool cannot communicate with the ICE module unless the ignition is switched on.
