To help you in preparing your Service Menus for 1994 and 1995 models, listed below are Maintenance Schedule Highlights, indicating any changes, for all 1994 and 1995 models (note: for 1994 900 Convertibles, follow the 1993 900 Maintenance Schedule). Changes are shown by double asterisks.

^ PDI Times:

900 models

1994 Convertible 2.9 hour

1994 900 1.8 hour

**1995 900 2.0 hour (1.3 + 0.7 hour)*

1995 Convertible 2.5 hour (1.8 + 0.7 hour)**

9000 models:

1994 9000 2.3 hour

**1995 9000 2.5 hour (1.8 + 0.7 hour)

*Time alloted is split amongst originally invoiced dealer and retailing dealer, if different. Effective April 1, 1995.**





^ Maintenance Intervals are the same from 1993:

Changes and/or Additions to Items included in Maintenance Schedule:

Automatic Transmission Fluid Change:

900 models: 65,000 miles
**9000 models: change fluid and filter at 5,000 miles and every 30,000 miles thereafter.**

Ventilation Air Filter:

900 models: Change at 15,000 miles and every 10,000 miles thereafter.
9000 models: Change at 35,000 miles and every 30,000 miles thereafter.

Drive Belts:

**900 and 9000 Camshaft drive belt (V6 engine only): Change at no charge to the customer at 35,000, 65,000 and 95,000 miles.**

9000 Drive belts; check tension, Poly-V tensioner function and belt condition and replace if necessary: first at 15,000 miles and every 10,000 miles thereafter.

Airbag System, SRS warning lamp, visual inspection:

900 and 9000: Check first at 5,000 mile First Service and every 10,000 miles thereafter.

Safety Belts; operation and visual inspection of belts for tears or fraying:

900 and 9000 models: Check at 5,000 mile First Service and every 10,000 miles thereafter Wipers; clean glass and wiper blades, check blades:

900 and 9000 models: Check at 5,000 mile First Service and every 10,000 miles thereafter.

Check and top up washer system:

900 and 9000: Check at 5,000 mile First Service and every 10,000 miles thereafter.

^ Labor Time Schedule:





**Listed are the times you can use in developing a Service Menu for the 1994 and 1995 900 models for your Dealership (times for 9000 remain the same from 1993 but for your convenience have been included as shown):**

Additional Times For Certain Variants:

900

Add 0.3 hour for R & R spark plugs on V6 equipped models, when required.

Add 0.2 hour to change ATF on automatic transmission equipped models at 65,000 miles.

**Add 1.3 hour to R & R camshaft drive belt on V6 equipped models at 35,000, 65,000 and 95,000 miles.**

9000

Add 0.4 hour to change automatic transmission fluid & filter at Major Services.

**Add 1.3 hour to R & R camshaft drive belt on V6 equipped models at 35,000, 65,000 and 95,000 miles.**

Other Service Times (applicable when car is in for service):

900

Add 0.3 hour for R & R front brake pads, if needed
Add 0.3 hour for R & R rear brake pads, if needed
Add 0.6 hour for front toe-in adjustment, if needed

9000

Add 0.3 hour for R & R front brake pads, if needed
Add 0.5 hour for R & R rear brake pads, if needed
Add 0.6 hour for front toe-in adjustment, if needed
Add 0.2 hour for R & R spark plugs (extra change, if needed)
