Programming

It is possible to program main instrument display panel 2 using an Intellegent Saab Tester (ISAT) scan tool. When programming with an ISAT scan tool, prom 7.01 shows the ISAT scan tool how the instrument is programmed and the routine can then be used to heck existing instruments.

The main instrument display panel should be programmed when a replacement processor card or complete unit is fitted.

Important: Before programming is started, it is advisable to note the odometer's unit of measurement, engine version, tire size and odometer reading. These details are needed in connection with programming.

1 Select PROGRAMMING in the ISAT scan tool's MAIN INSTRUMENT 2 menu.
