Control Module (Process Card) Inputs
- Speed signal from the ABS control module.
- RPM signal from the engine management system.
- Temperature signal from the ICE control module
- Fuel level from the fuel level sensor.
- Fuel consumption signal from the engine management system.
- Boost pressure signal from the TRIONIC engine management system.
The six lamps below also light up the central warning lamp.
- ABS (ANTI LOOK) from the ABS control module.
- Oil pressure from the oil pressure sensor.
- Brake fluid level from the brake fluid level sensor.
- SRS 2 (SRS 2 is the central warning lamp) from the airbag control module.
- Handbrake, only at speeds above 5 km/h.
- Charging lamp.
- Input signals (pins 3 and 4):
- Display lighting signal from the SID unit.
- Cabin light intensity signal from the SID unit.
- Rheostat signal from the SID unit.
- INFO DISPL from the SID unit.
- BLACK PANEL from the SID unit.
- Diagnosis from the data link connector
The following inputs are for indicator and warning lamps that are not controlled by the control module:
- TCS from the TCS control module.
- TCS OFF from the TCS control module.
- SHIFT UP from the engine management system.
- CHECK ENGINE from the engine management system.
- CHECK GEARBOX from the TCM control module.
- SPORT from the TCM control module.
- WINTER from the TCM control module.
- CHECK ACS from the ACS control module.
- "Door open" from the ICE control module.
- EXH from the EXH relay.
- SRS 1+ from fuse 18.
- SRS 1- from the airbag control module.
The brightness of the six lamps below is reduced when driving in the dark:
- LH direction indicator repeater from the ICE control module.
- RH direction indicator repeater from the ICE control module.
- Lights-on from the lights switch.
- Rear fog light from the rear fog light switch.
- CRUISE from the Cruise Control system.
- Main beam lamp from the ICE control module.
