Cabin Fan

Application: 1994-900





On an initial cold start during ambient temperatures of 0°F or below, it is possible that a customer may complain that the cabin fan in their 1994 900 is inoperative for approximately 5-15 minutes. This may be caused by condensation forming on the coils and commutator of the fan motor. A new fan with the commutator encased (as in 9000 models) is now available to be used as a service solution for this problem.

Action:

Follow the instructions found in 900 Service Manual 8:3 for replacing the cabin fan.
