Removal

1. Drain the A/C system of refrigerant.
2. Raise the car.
3. Remove the bolt securing the A/C pipes PAD connection to the expansion valve.
4. Undo the two expansion valve retaining screws.
5. Lift out the expansion valve. Plug the openings in the A/C hoses.
