Panel Functions

Auto
Select the AUTO mode of operation. All functions will be controlled automatically. AUTO and the selected temperature appear in the display.

Press the Auto button again and all automatically selected settings will be displayed.

The electrically heated rear window function can be disabled or activated without leaving the AUTO mode of operation.

Temperature Up Or Down
Selection of cabin temperature in steps of one degree Centigrade between +15 °C and +27 °C or in steps of two degrees Fahrenheit between +58 °F and +82 °F.

If a temperature above +27 °C (+82 °F) is selected, "HI" will be shown as the selected temperature on the display. Similarly, "LO" will be shown if a temperature below +15 °C (+58 °F) is selected. When both buttons are pressed simultaneously for more than two seconds, the temperature will alternate between Centigrade and Fahrenheit.

Defrost
Automatic temperature control still in effect, recirculation cannot be selected. Symbols for the button and activated functions are shown on the display.

Defrost/floor
Air is distributed to defrost, floor and rear door windows, 207°. The button symbols are shown on the display.

Panel
Air is distributed to the panel and rear centre vent, 90°. The symbol for the button is shown on the display.

Panel/floor
Air is distributed to the panel and rear center vent as well as to the floor and rear door windows, 150°. The symbols for the buttons are shown on the display.





Floor
Air is distributed to the floor and rear door windows, 180°. The button symbol is shown on the display.

Recirculation
Select recirculation or fresh air. If recirculation is selected the button symbol will be shown on the display.

Electrically Heated Rear Window
Select electrically heated rear window on or OFF. If ON is selected the button symbol will be shown on the display.

The length of time the heated rear window remains ON is controlled by ICE and is a maximum of 12 minutes.

Heating of the door mirrors is turned ON at the same time as the electrically heated rear window.

Econ
A/C and recirculation are turned OFF. In other respects control takes place as in the AUTO mode. ECON is shown on the display.








Off
- OFF is shown on the display.
- Only AUTO, DEFROST or OFF can be selected.
- If OFF is selected, the system will return to the previous setting.





Fan
Each step corresponds to about 2 A. If the button is depressed for more than one second, fan speed will increase or decrease in steps automatically. The fan symbol and fan speed are shown on the display.
