Speed Signal
1 Raise the front LH wheel. Spin the wheel at a speed of about halt a revolution per second.
The frequency should be about 15 Hz on pin K (10) of the Cruise Control's connector.
2 If no signal is present, connect a BOB with cables to the wiring of the ABS control module.
Check the wiring for continuity or a short circuit by measuring the resistance across pin K (10) of the Cruise Control connector and pin 17 of the ABS control module connector.
If the resistance is > 1 ohm, remedy the fault.
If the resistance is <=1 ohm, continue fault diagnosis with ABS anti-lock brakes.
