Replacement

Removal
1. Expose the control module by removing the right-hand front seat (four bolts).
Unplug the connector for heating/ adjustments/ belt warning and place the seat on the rear seat.
2. Remove the sill scuff plate and fold back the carpet.
3. Remove the plastic nut securing the clamp to the scuff plate, press in the shank and fold up the console.
4. Note the position of the wiring and remove the control module.

Installation
When reinstalling, make sure that the wiring is correctly positioned.
Program the control module for the gearbox in question.
In other respects, reinstall in reverse order.
