Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

To remove
1 Remove the parcel shelf and its pivot, and also the frame for the speaker grille.
2 Fold the side trim out of the way.
3 Slacken the screws securing the bracket for the central locking motor and lift out the complete bracket.
4 Remove the motor from the bracket and unplug the connector.

To install


Important: Make sure that the locking pin enters the rubber bush so that it is properly located.


NOTE: Smear a little petroleum jelly (Vaseline) on the locking pin.
