To remove
1 Remove the tailgate opening button.
2 Remove the cover plate from the opening handle's holder and remove the handle.
3 Remove the door mirror cover plate.
4 Remove the door pull cover plate.
5 Undo the screws securing the door trim.
6 Pull away the door trim (fastened with clips) and lift it off the locking button.

To fit
Fit in reverse order.
