Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc: Testing and Inspection

To enter the diagnostics mode, press the RADIO button and then switch on the radio.
ERROR MODE will appear in the display for 5 seconds.
If there are any diagnostic trouble codes in the system, these will be shown as diagnostic trouble codes on the display.
Diagnostics mode is ended with POWER OFF.









Voice coil resistance readings are taken across the loudspeakers connecting pins.

Loudspeaker Reading
Front left 7-8 ohms
Front right 7-8 ohms
LH door 3-5 ohms
RH door 3-5 ohms
Rear left 3-5 ohms
Rear right 3-5 ohms
