Functional Reliability and Diagnostics

1 When the acoustic alarm sounds, the control module must not be disturbed.
2 Each time the alarm is activated, the control module carries out a self-test of the alarm system.
3 If a fault is discovered in the system, the LED will flash at the rate of 1 flash per second during the delay period.
The alarm is kept operational to the greatest possible extent.
4 It is not possible to establish communication between the Intelligent Saab Tester (ISAT) and the anti-theft alarm's control module when the alarm has been activated.
