DTC B2413, 2414
Recirculation flap motor, no continuity or short circuit.

Conditions
B2413: Control module output pin 2 or 21, open circuit.
B2414: Control module output pin 2 or 21, short circuit.

Diagnostic Procedure
1. Unplug the recirculation motor's 2-pin connector. Plug the ISAT into the data link connector and issue the command "RECIRC.FLAP MOTOR" in the "ACTIVATE" menu. Read the voltage present at the connector as follows:
- Press "ON" on the ISAT and take a reading across pin 2 of the connector and ground.
- Press "OFF" and take a reading across pin 1 of the connector and ground.
In both cases the reading should be about 12 V. If it is not, change the recirculation motor.
2. Check the wiring for continuity/shorting as follows:
- across pin 21 of the ACC control module and pin 2 of the recirculation motors connector.
- across pin 2 of the ACC control module and pin 1 of the recirculation motor's connector. Locate and rectify the open circuit/short circuit.
3. Proceed to "Before Changing A Control Module" for further diagnostic procedure. Testing and Inspection
