No +15 in Drive position,
No +B in +15 position

Fault symptom
No lighting in main instrument display panel.

Conditions
B1525: No +15 when ignition switch is in the "ON" position.
B1530: No +B when ignition switch is in the "ON" position.

Diagnostic procedure
1 Check that fuse 17 in the main fuse box in the dashboard is intact and live.
2 If it is live, connect a BOB and check the lead between Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) module connector pin 34 and fuse 17 for continuity/shorting.
3 Check the lead between ICE module connector pin 65 and ignition switch connector pin 5 for continuity.
4 If the wiring is OK, the fault is in the ignition switch. Change the ignition switch.
