No power supply for direction indicators

Fault symptom
Direction indicators do not work

Diagnostic procedure
1 Check that fuse 2 in the main fuse box in the dashboard is intact and live.
2 Connect a BOB and check the wiring between pin 24 of the Integrated Central Electronics (ICE) module connector and fuse 2 for continuity/shorting.
3 Take a voltmeter reading across pins 24 and 70 of the ICE module connector.
A reading of 12 V should be obtained.
4 Clear the diagnostic trouble code and check the operation of the direction indicators.
5 If they do not work. proceed to "Before Changing an Electronic Control Module".
