Symptom
ABS warning lamp. ABS inoperative

Condition
A fault recorded if the speed of a wheel is at least 25% higher than the calculated speed of the car over a period of more than 2 minutes or a wheel has slip >4.5% for a period of more than 2 minutes. The system is additionally closed down if ABS control is obtained for a period of more than 1 minutes.

Action
1. Check the wheel sensor with the ISAT command "WHEEL SPEEDS"on the "OBTAIN READOUTS" menu. All four wheel speeds, for example 20 Km/h and check that all the wheels show the same speed.
