Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Installation

J 22928-B - Seal Installer

1. Apply MP grease to the lip of a new rear crankshaft oil seal.





Note:
* Do not tap on the oil seal at an angle.
* Keep the lip free from foreign matter.

2. Using J 22928-B - installer (2) and a hammer, tap in the rear crankshaft oil seal until its surface is flush with the rear oil seal retainer edge.
