Removal Procedure





1.Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .

2.Remove the rear bumper fascia energy absorber. Refer to Rear Energy Absorber Replacement Rear Energy Absorber Replacement .

3.Remove the following components from the vehicle:

-The 4 nuts (2)

-The rear bumper impact bar (1)

Installation Procedure

Caution:Refer to Fastener Caution .





1.Install the rear bumper impact bar (1) to the vehicle. Secure the impact bar with 4 nuts (2) and tighten to36 N �m (26 lb ft).

2.Install the rear bumper fascia energy absorber. Refer to Rear Energy Absorber Replacement Rear Energy Absorber Replacement .

3.Install the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .
