Power Steering Pump Bracket Replacement (1.4L LDT and 1.6L LXV Engines)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (1.2L LMU Engine) (Service and Repair)Power Steering Pump Replacement (1.4L LDT and 1.6L LXV Engines) (Service and Repair).




2. Remove the bolts (1, 2, 3).
3. Remove the mounting bracket.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the mounting bracket and the bolts (1, 2, 3). Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
2. Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (1.2L LMU Engine) (Service and Repair)Power Steering Pump Replacement (1.4L LDT and 1.6L LXV Engines) (Service and Repair).
