Transmission Disassemble




1. Remove the nut (1), washer and transmission range select lever.




2. Using a screwdriver, pry off the lock plate.
3. Remove the nut and lock plate.




4. Remove the bolts (1, 2) and pull out the PNP switch.
5. Remove the vent hose.




6. Remove the oil cooler outlet tube union.
7. Remove the O-ring from the union.




8. Remove the oil cooler inlet tube union.
9. Remove the O-ring from the union.




10. Remove the bolts and speed sensors from the transmission case.
11. Remove the O-rings from the sensors.




12. Remove the fluid pressure test hole plugs.
13. Remove the O-rings from the plugs.
