Rear Internal Gear and Front Carrier Removal

Special Tools
* DT-49189 Counter Gear Nut Wrench
* EN 46104 Water Pump Pulley Holding Tool





Note: Push down all of the tabs on the washer.

1. Using a chisel and hammer, unstake the lock washer.




2. Using DT-49189 (1) and EN 46104 , remove the nut.




3. Using a press (1), remove the front carrier assembly from the output gear.
