Rear Carrier Installation




1. Install the thrust bearings, bearing race and sun gear to the carrier assembly.




2. Coat the bearing race with ATF WS, and install it to the rear carrier assembly.

* Standard inside bearing race diameter - 38.6 mm (1.52 in)
* Standard outside bearing race diameter - 58 mm (2.83 in)




3. Install the thrust washer.




4. Install the rear carrier gear to the rear carrier assembly.




5. Using a screwdriver, install the snap ring.
