2nd Clutch Housing Disassemble




1. Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring.




2. Remove the 2nd clutch housing from the transaxle.




3. Using a press, an adapter (1), and four equal length blocks, compress the 2nd clutch piston return spring.
4. Using a screwdriver, pry out the snap ring.




5. Remove the 2nd clutch piston return spring.




6. Hold the 2nd clutch housing and apply compressed air to the 2nd clutch hole to remove the 2nd clutch piston.




7. Remove the O-rings from the 2nd clutch piston.
