Engine Mount Replacement - Right

Tools Required
^ J28467-B Universal Engine Support Fixture
^ J41803 Engine Support Fixture

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the fuel rail covers from the engine.
2. Install J41803 and J28467-B and support the engine.
3. Remove the right side exhaust manifold.
4. Remove the engine mount nuts.
5. Remove the engine mount.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the engine mount.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the engine mount nuts.
Tighten the engine mount nuts to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the right side exhaust manifold.
4. Remove J41803 and J28467-B from the engine.
5. Install the fuel rail covers to the engine.
