SPEAKER REPLACEMENT - REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Ensure that the radio is turned off.




2. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector (1).
3. Remove the rear window trim panel.




4. Remove the speaker mounting box-to-rear shelf retaining screws (1).
5. Remove the speaker-to-mounting box retaining screws (2).
6. Remove the speaker from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the speaker in the vehicle.




2. Install the speaker-to-mounting box retaining screws (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the speaker-to-mounting box retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the speaker mounting box-to-rear shelf retaining screws (1).

Tighten the speaker mounting box-to-rear shelf retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the rear window trim panel.




5. Connect the speaker electrical connector (1).
