Wiper Washer Nozzle Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: If a nozzle becomes plugged, apply air pressure in order to remove the obstruction. If the nozzle remains plugged, replace the nozzle.




1. Disconnect the washer hose (7) from the nozzle (8).
2. Gently disengage the lock tabs of the nozzle (8) from the underside of the hood.




3. Remove the nozzle (1) and the seal from the hood (2)
4. Remove the seal from the nozzle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the seal to the nozzle.
2. Install the nozzle (1) to the hood (2). Ensure that the locking tabs are engaged.




3. Install the washer hose (7) to the nozzle (8).
