Washer Pump Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the following components:
^ 6 screws
^ 5 plastic clips
^ The left side wheelhouse panel
2. Remove the 2 nuts and position the washer fluid reservoir assembly (4) in order to gain access to the washer pump (6).
3. Disconnect the washer pump electrical connector.
4. Disconnect the washer hose (7).
5. Remove the front washer pump (6) from the reservoir (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the front washer pump (6) to the washer fluid reservoir (4)
2. Connect the washer pump electrical connector.
3. Connect the washer hose (7).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precations.

4. Install the reservoir assembly (4) to the vehicle. Secure the reservoir assembly with 2 nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the washer fluid reservoir retaining nuts to 13 N.m (115 lb in).

5. Install the left side wheelhouse panel. Secure the panel with 6 screws and 5 plastic clips.
