Transaxle Mount Replacement (Rear)

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Suitably support the transaxle with a hydraulic jack.






3. Remove the rear transaxle mount through-bolt (6) and the nut (5).
4. Remove the 2 rear transaxle mount bolts (1).
5. Remove the rear transaxle mount (2).

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.






1. Install the rear transaxle mount (2) into the vehicle.
Use 2 retaining bolts (1) in order to secure the rear transaxle mount (2).
Tighten the transaxle retaining bolts to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the through-bolt (6) and the nut (5) to the rear transaxle mount.
Tighten the through-bolt and the nut to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
3. Remove the hydraulic jack from under the transaxle.
4. Lower the vehicle.
