Low Oil Pressure Due to Steering Pump

Inspect the following components:
- The flow control valve for proper operation
- The pressure plate for proper mating with the cam ring
- The cam ring for wear or damage
- The pressure plate for wear or damage
- The thrust plate for wear or damage
- The rotor for wear or damage
- The rotor slots for proper vane operation
- The pump for high internal leakage
