REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the rear-compartment lid.
2. Reposition the rear compartment side trim in order to access the nut that retains the tail lamp.
3. Remove the nut that retains the tail lamp (1).
4. Remove the 2 screws that retain the tail lamp (1).
5. Remove the tail lamp (1) from the vehicle by pulling in a upward motion and rearward.
6. Remove the backup lamp bulb socket from the tail lamp (1).
7. Remove the backup lamp bulb (2) from the socket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the backup lamp bulb (2) to the backup lamp bulb socket.
2. Install the socket to the tail lamp (1).
3. Install the tail lamp (1) to the vehicle. Secure the lamp with the 2 screws and with the nut.
4. Position the rear compartment side trim back to the original position.
5. Close the rear-compartment lid.
