Fuel Gauge: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.
2. Push on the tabs in order to remove the cluster lens (7) and the bezel assembly (6) from the cluster housing (3).




3. Remove 3 screws (3) that secure the fuel gauge to the cluster housing.




4. Remove the fuel gauge (8) from the cluster housing (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel gauge (8) to the cluster housing (3).




2. Secure the fuel gauge to the cluster housing with 3 screws (3).




3. Install the cluster lens (7) and the bezel (6) to the cluster housing (3).
4. Install the instrument cluster to the instrument panel.
