Vacuum Brake Booster Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the hose clamps.
2. Remove the check valve and the hose from the booster (1) and the vacuum pipe.

Installation Procedure

Important: Install the check valve and hose in the proper direction as indicated on the hose. Improper hose installation causes the check valve to stop the vacuum flow to the booster assembly, rendering the booster assembly inoperative.





1. Install the check valve and the hose to the booster (1) and the vacuum pipe.
2. Secure the parts with hose clamps.
