Rear Door Weatherstrip Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the 3 screws (2) and the rear door front molding (1) from the rear door.
2. Remove the rear door rear molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Reveal Molding Replacement ().




3. Partially lower the door window weather strip (1) in order to gain the necessary clearance to remove the door opening weather strip (3).




4. Remove the 2 plastic retainers that retain the rear door opening molding (1).
5. Pull the molding (1) from the door (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the door opening weather strip (1) to the rear door. Secure the molding with the 2 plastic retainers.




2. Install the door window weather strip (1) to the door (2).




3. Install the rear door rear molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Reveal Molding Replacement ().
4. Install the rear door front molding (1) to the door. Secure the molding with the 3 screws (2).
