Transaxle Mount Replacement (Rear)

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Support the transaxle with a suitable hydraulic jack.





3. Remove the rear transaxle mount through bolt (6) and the nut (5).
4. Remove the 2 rear transaxle mount bolts (1).
5. Remove the rear transaxle mount (2).

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the rear transaxle mount (2) into the vehicle. Use two rear transaxle mount retaining bolts (1) in order to secure the rear transaxle mount (2).
Tighten the transaxle retaining bolts to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the rear transaxle mount through bolt (6) and the nut (5).
Tighten the rear transaxle mount through bolt and nut to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
3. Remove the hydraulic jack from under the transaxle.
4. Lower the vehicle.
