Brake Pedal Travel

1. Start the engine.





2. Press; the brake pedal (1) several times.
3. Hold the brake pedal with approximately 30 kg (66 lbs.) of pressure.
4. Measure the brake pedal-to-floor clearance. If the clearance is less than 60 mm (2.36 inch), perform the following procedures:
^ Inspect the drum brake linings.
^ Bleed the brakes.
^ Inspect the vacuum booster pushrod clevis length.
