(AIR) Shut-Off Valve Outlet Pipe/Hose Replacement - Bank 2

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the bank 2 AIR shut-off valve.
2. Move the upper radiator hose to gain access to the two nuts securing the outlet pipe to the exhaust manifold.
3. Remove the two nuts (5) and the bank 2 AIR outlet pipe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the bank 2 AIR outlet pipe (1) and new gasket to the exhaust manifold (6).
2. Install the two nuts (5) securing the bank 2 AIR outlet pipe to the exhaust manifold.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the two nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the bank 2 AIR shut-off valve.
