Engine Mount Replacement- Right

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the right front wheel.
3. Support the engine assembly with a suitable jack.
4. Remove the nut securing the engine mount to the engine mount bracket.
5. Lower the jack allowing the engine to lower slightly.





6. Remove the nut (4) and bolt (1) securing the right engine mount to the frame rail.
7. Remove the two nuts (3) securing the right engine mount to the frame rail.
8. Remove the right engine mount (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Position the right engine mount (2) to the frame rail.
2. Install the right engine mount attaching bolt (1) and nut (4) to the frame rail.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the two nuts (3) securing the right engine mount to the rail.
^ Tighten the right engine mount to body rail nuts (3,4) to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).
4. Raise the engine into position.
5. Install the nut securing the right engine mount to the right engine mount bracket.
^ Tighten the right engine mount nut to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).





6. Remove the engine support jack.
7. Install the right front wheel.
8. Lower the vehicle.
