Engine Mount Bracket Replacement- FrontRemoval Procedure
1. Remove the front engine mount.
2. Remove the two upper bolts securing the front engine mount bracket to the cylinder head.
3. Remove the two nuts securing the front engine mount bracket to the engine block.
4. Remove the bolt securing the brace to the transaxle.
5. Remove the transaxle support brace.
6. Remove the front engine mount bracket.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the front engine mount bracket to the engine.
2. Loosely install the two upper bolts securing the front engine mount bracket to the cylinder head.
3. Install the transaxle support brace.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4. Loosely install the transaxle support brace and the two lower front engine mount bracket nuts.
^ Tighten the nuts and bolts in the following sequence:
4.1. Tighten the lower engine mount bracket nuts to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
4.2. Tighten the transaxle support brace bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
4.3. Tighten the two upper engine mount bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the front engine mount.
