GARAGE DOOR OPENER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the overhead console.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector (4).
3. Remove the fasteners (3) securing the garage door opener (5) to the overhead console.
4. Remove the garage door opener (5) from the overhead console.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Place the garage door opener (5) into the overhead console. Ensure the garage door openers are placed correctly in their designated openings.
2. Install the fasteners (3) in order to secure the garage door opener (5) to the overhead console.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the garage door opener fasteners (3) to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector (4) to the garage door opener.
4. Install the overhead console.
5. Program the garage door openers. Refer to Garage Door Opener Programming - Universal.
