Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Plate Bezel Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Lower the tilt steering column to the lowest position.
2. Pry out in order to remove the ignition cylinder bezel (1).
3. Remove the left IP outer trim cover.
4. Remove the IP center trim plate.
5. Remove the drivers side knee bolster.
6. Remove the right IP accessory trim plate.
7. Remove the push pin fasteners that retain the top IP cluster trim cover to the IP.
8. Remove the left IP air deflector.
9. Remove the fasteners that retain the IP cluster trim plate to the IP.
10. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
11. Remove the IP cluster trim plate from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the IP cluster trim plate to the vehicle.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the fasteners that retain the IP cluster trim plate to the IP.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
4. Install the top IP cluster trim cover and push pin fasteners.
5. Install the left IP air outlet vent.
6. Install the right IP accessory trim plate.
7. Install the drivers side knee bolster.
8. Install the IP center trim plate.
9. Install the left IP outer trim cover.
10. Install the ignition cylinder bezel (1).
