Coolant Level Module Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable.
2. Partially drain the cooling system.





3. Remove the surge tank.
4. Remove the coolant level switch.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the coolant level switch.





2. Install the surge tank.
3. Fill the surge tank with engine coolant.
4. Connect the battery ground (negative) cable.
5. Inspect for leaks.
