Automatic Transmission Mount Replacement - Left

Removal Procedure





1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the left front tire and wheel.
3. Install a jack stand under the left side of the transmission in order to support the powertrain.
4. Remove the mount stud nut from the mount stud to allow separation of the mount from the mount bracket.
5. Remove the nut (4) and bolt (1) and the nuts (3) from the vehicle.
6. Using the jack stand, slowly lower the powertrain and remove the mount from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the rear mount onto the left frame rail of the vehicle.
^ Tighten the mount bolt (1) and nut (4) and nuts (3) to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).
2. Using the jack stand, raise the powertrain and load the mount.
3. Install the mount stud nut onto the mount stud.

5. Install the left front tire and wheel.
6. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
