Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Plate Bezel Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Lower the tilt steering column to the lowest position.
2. Pry out in order to remove the ignition cylinder bezel (1).
3. Remove the left IP endcap. Refer to IP Endcap Replacement.
4. Remove the P center trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement IP Center.
5. Remove the right IP accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - IP Accessory Right.
6. Remove the fasteners that retain the top IP cluster trim cover to the IP.
7. Remove the left IP air deflector. Refer to Air Deflector Louver Replacement - Left Vent.
8. Remove the fasteners that retain the IP cluster trim plate to the IP.
9. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
10. Remove the IP cluster trim plate from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the IP cluster trim plate to the vehicle.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the fasteners that retain the IP cluster trim plate to the IP.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
4. Install the top IP cluster trim cover and push pin fasteners.
5. Install the left IP air outlet vent. Refer to Air Deflector Louver Replacement Left Vent.
6. Install the right IP accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - IP Accessory Right.
7. Install the P center trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - IP Center.
8. Install the left IP endcap. Refer to IP Endcap Replacement.
9. Install the ignition cylinder bezel (1).
