Front Bumper Impact Bar Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Front Bumper Fascia Replacement).
2. Remove the front impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement).




3. Remove the fastener retaining the rear of the front bumper impact bar bracket.
4. Remove the fasteners retaining the front of the front bumper impact bar bracket.
5. Remove the front bumper impact bar bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the front bumper impact bar bracket to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the fasteners to secure the front of the front bumper impact bar bracket.

Tighten the fasteners to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).

3. Install the fastener to secure the rear of the front bumper impact bar bracket.

Tighten the fastener to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).

4. Install the front impact bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement).
5. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Front Bumper Fascia Replacement).
