Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Lower the rear door window to the full down position.
2. Remove the inner trim panel.
3. Remove the water deflector.
4. Remove the inner belt sealing strip.
5. Pull the window weatherstrip from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Lubricate the vertical window channels with the soap and the water.




1. Install the window weatherstrip, start in the front corner and position the window weatherstrip in both directions.
Press the window weatherstrip into the vertical window channel until the window weatherstrip is fully seated.
2. Raise the window to ensure the window is positioned properly in the rear door window weatherstrip.
3. Install the inner belt sealing strip.
4. Install the water deflector.
5. Install the inner trim panel.
